Chloe Middleton-Metcalfe is a passionate caller and musician. A second generation ‘folkie’ there is nothing she enjoys more than getting people up on their feet dancing, no matter what their level of experience, physical capability, general distrust of traditional music, or ‘dance-shyness’. In addition to calling for weddings, church events, fundraisers, and other social gatherings, she has a reputation for her knowledge about dance history. She has led workshops on ‘forgotten social dances’ at national folk festivals. When not calling she can be found clog dancing and singing in the music-hall meets living-history act ‘The Grand Union Canal Entertainment Company’.
